Max Energy is a leading installer of home insulation into the New build and Retro fit market. This is a critical role with a direct influence on the success of the business.

The Branch Manager has sole responsibility for the management of the Branch and Team, including profitability, stock, fleet, health and safety and all HR requirements. We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate efficient and organised admin skills along with technical knowledge and a good business sense. The ability to deal with people at all levels within the business arena is also advantageous.

Responsibilities 

• Full responsibility for the Branch including profitability through cost management
• Efficiency planning of work load and associated administration
• Ensure compliance is met as per client requirements
• Manage the material stock to meet business needs
• HR for the Branch Team to include; recruitment, induction, training and performance management
• H&S for the Branch Team, including following all policies and procedures
• Branch fleet including maintenance schedules, damage reporting and fuel
• Quality of installs along with H&S compliance through site inspections, to achieve volume and kpi objectives
• The delivery of tool box talks and company briefings
• Ensuring all operation processes are adhered to and complied with
• Attend client pre-contract meetings and maintain contact with the client through the contract
• Provide the highest level of service throughout the customer journey including complaint and query handling
• Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others
• Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time

Field Manager (Operations) – Swindon & Colchester

Max Energy are please to offer two new opportunities for a Field Manager based at our Swindon and Colchester Branches.

The main role of the Field Manager is to assist the Area Manager (Operations) with all aspects of the Branch and area operations including business support & development.

Responsibilities 

• Support the Area Manager when required
• Attend team management meetings
• Attend occasional site, customer and management meetings as required at various site locations country wide
• Support the management to ensure technicians meet all performance requirements
• Health and safety compliance, management & reporting
• Customer service. Deal with complaints, keep accurate records & provide feedback. (ECO/N.B.)
• Carry out Health and Safety inspections & maintain records for ladders, PPE, WIP, TMO & PAT
• Workplace and Site reporting within a designated timescale
• On occasion, work with Business Development Managers to provide support for site & pre-start meetings
• Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others
• Receive inquiry / technical calls from installation crews
• Liaise closely with planning department to update any in-day changes to workloads

Maintenance Technician Vacancies

Maintenance Technician is an exciting and varied role involving the provision of ventilation in homes to facilitate the installation of cavity wall insulation. The role will require excellent customer service skills along with practical skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate with have a background in housing maintenance or Joinery

Responsibilities 

• The installation of passive and active ventilation measures in customers’  homes
• The adaptation of doors to allow inter-room ventilation.
• Performing repairs to homes (Painting, plastering, plaster board)
• To conduct ventilation testing as required
• Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role.

Cavity and Loft Insulation Installers Required

Due to the continued expansion of Max Energy over the last 12 months through winning multiple contracts within the New-build, Social & Domestic sectors, we are now looking for Cavity and Loft Installers in and around the following distribution centres;

Previous experience in Insulation is an advantage, but full training can be given for the right candidates.
